How is this different from Breathe Right?
AirPop Flow is a consumer wellness nasal strip focused on real airflow — a flexible spring band that lifts the nasal passages open — and on gentle morning removal. It’s designed to pair with Restore mouth tape as a complete sleep breathing system, which single-product nasal strips are not.
Will it leave marks on my nose in the morning?
Flow uses a soft adhesive chosen specifically to lift away in the morning without pulling skin or leaving lasting marks. The spring band holds lift without pinching.
Do I need both Flow and Restore?
They work best together. Flow opens your nose; Restore keeps your mouth closed. Together, nasal breathing through the night becomes natural rather than effortful. You can buy Flow on its own, but most people run the full system.
How long does one strip last?
