Bulk Order FAQs

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum bulk order is 25 packs (4 masks per pack = 100 masks). This applies per product. You can mix different AirPop models in a single order as long as each product meets the 25-pack minimum.
How does shipping work for bulk orders?
Orders of 250+ packs ship free within the continental US. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International bulk orders are available. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Can I get custom branding or packaging?
Custom packaging and co-branding options are available for orders of 500+ packs. This includes custom sleeve inserts, branded packaging, and custom display configurations. Contact us to discuss your branding needs.
What is your return policy for bulk orders?
Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We work with you to ensure the right products and quantities upfront, so returns are rare. Custom-branded orders are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and purchase orders (PO) for qualified organizations. Net-30 terms available for government, education, and established business accounts.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes! You can combine any available AirPop products in a single order. Each product has a 25-pack minimum, but your total order volume determines your pricing tier. For example, 100 Light SE packs + 50 Youth & Petite packs = 150 total packs at the Volume tier.
